Mark Grisanti Democrat NYS Senate 60th District

I am Mark Grisanti. I am running for New York State Senator because I have been trained my whole life to represent people regardless of race, gender, creed, age or where they live. I believe we have been lacking that type of representation recently and an indication of that is that our community has been labeled the second poorest in the nation. I have a plan to change that and I hope you will visit my website often to find out more. Please feel free to contact me about your concerns.

Mark Grisanti
... is an attorney who is trained to represent all the people;
  • People of all races,

  • People of all faiths,

  • People of all genders,

  • People of all ages,

  • People with disabilities

  • and people who speak foreign languages. In other words, 'everyday people' just like us.

    Born and raised in the 60th State Senate District, Mark Grisanti is a product of the region and the economics of Western New York. He was educated in the same schools we all attended. He played on the same streets we all grew up on. He worked along side many of our brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers in construction, dishwashing and valet parking. He is married to the former Maria Calandra and together they have raised three beautiful children: Ashlee, John and Theresa. The family dog is Frado =).

    Mark Grisanti is the third generation of Grisantis to become an attorney and learned from them to fight hard for people who needed help to stand up to the system which is designed to work for us but often works against us.

    Mark Grisanti is a member/supporter in good standing with the Erie County Bar Association, the Delaware Club, the Italian-American Police Association, Assigned Counsel Program, Volunteer Lawyers Project, WS Troopers Association, The Police Benevolent Association/Police Atheletic League, St Rose of Lima Church and St Anthony of Padua Church, and the Canisius College Alumni Association and others. Mark Grisanti has received certificates of appreciation from Erie County Bar Association, American Heart Association, Born-Hava, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and been a notable contributor to many other organizations. And he knows ...

    WE CAN FIGHT BACK ! !

    The Buffalo News
    Dear Editor:

    National Fuel has yet again reported record profits. why are these profits not passed onto the consumer by way of rebates or reductions in your bill on gas supply usage or taxes? Every year your bill goes up, yet profits are high by the utility companies. We still have in this State the Public Service Commission, yet it is under utilized in protecting the consumer. Once again a commission that is supposed to represent the public is failing to do its job. Let's see a decrease in utility charges when profits are Plenty. Every little bit helps in a New York State economy that has hidden fees and taxes around every corner. Which company will step up? Who will take the lead for the consumers of this State and give the people a break to keep their hard-earned dollars in their pockets? - Mark Grisanti Candidate for NYS Senate.
